In our introduction meeting I went from flirting with the possibility of buying a house to wanting to work with this woman right away! I felt like an angel came to our lives, I have so much gratitude for her and I always will. We met her in Nov, started looking in Dec and by Jan 4th she helped us to make an offer, signing up papers the following month. Our experience was so smooth because Deirdre is a great listener and caring, she is respectful of your particular needs, wants and decisions but would also advocate for what you need when needed. The mood in which everything happened was one of real kinship, low key, focused on the person and not just in the transaction.
